Can we add & update our web pages ourselves? Any charge on this?
You are able to update your website easily and instantly via user friendly WYSIWYG editor (like Microsoft Words). We only charge when you require us to put up the content for you.
Is my website will designed based on template?
No, your website layout is 100% custom made according to your preference.
How many web pages that I can create in the website myself?
You may create as many web pages as you can in the website, there is no limit.
I have no idea whatsoever when it comes to creating a website. What information do you need from me?
We need the following information in order to create your website :
- Logo of your company.
- Content of each web pages like Home (welcome page), Product or services, contact us and so on. You may furnish your company profile as well.
- Theme of your website. (If you don’t have any idea, then we can provide suggestion)
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
10-15 working days upon receives all the information that require to conduct your website. However, the schedule may vary, depending on our current workload.
What methods of payment do you have?
We accept credit card payments using Paypal. We also accept check or bank transfer payments if you reside in Malaysia.
I like what I hear so far, what should I do next?
To place an order, please contact us by clicking here. You will receive an invoice shortly. After you made the payment, please send over all information that required for your web design.
What if I need modifications to the layout design?
Most of our clients are extremely satisfied with our initial output. If there are any design revisions to be made, we are more than happy to make the necessary adjustments without charging you an extra fee. If you are not satisfied with the end result after 5th revisions, we will refund your money.
What should I expect after I made my payment and submit all information require for the website?
We will start working on your site. We will deliver your site layout in JPG format within 3-4 days. (At this stage, we provide 5th revisions on the layout design. If you still not satisfy with the end result after 5th revisions, we will refund your money.) After you confirm on your site layout, we will convert the layout to website and upload it on server. We will provide user manual and access of your admin control panel. After training is given, you may start put up more content to your website.
